Charles M. LaFollette
Charles M. LaFollette, also known as ‘Mac’, serves as Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Valiant Integrated Services. Mr. LaFollette founded The GC Companies (‘GCC’), Valiant’s financial sponsor, in 2009. GCC has invested in consumer products, food manufacturing, food service distribution, global expeditionary logistics and defense contracting, among other sectors. Prior to founding GCC, he served as a Principal and Managing Director of Fenway Partners LLC. Prior to joining Fenway Partners in July 2000, he served as a Director of the Leveraged Finance group at Credit Suisse AG. Mr. LaFollette worked in the Latin America Investment Banking Group at UBS AG. He has served in numerous board roles including Dakota Venture Group, Member of Audit Committee at the AAC Group Holding Corp., University Venture Fund, Lipari Foods, LLC and Hale & Hearty Soups L.L.C., Iron Age Holdings Corporation, American Achievement Group Holding Corp. and Banneker Partners. He is on the Board of Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Mr. LaFollette received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
