With over 20 years of experience transforming organizational cultures, leading through rapid change, and building high-performing teams, Shannon Jones serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Valiant. Prior to joining Valiant, Shannon led HR operations for PAE's International Logistics and Stabilization Business Area, a $900M portfolio that supported the U.S. government and allied nations' missions in over 60 countries across the globe and a multinational workforce comprised of 5,000 employees. Shannon’s career includes a unique combination of consulting, private, and public-sector experience, including HR leadership roles at GoDaddy and the University of Arizona.

Shannon is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional. She received her master’s degree from the University of Oregon’s College of Education and her bachelor’s degree University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
