Kevin Sullivan serves as Valiant’s Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s global finance organization. Kevin has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and implementing financial strategies.

Prior to being named to this position, Kevin served as the Corporate Controller at Valiant. Prior to joining Valiant, Kevin served in a variety of financial leadership roles at PAE where he was instrumental in transforming the company from a $500M business into a $3B+ publicly traded entity. Before joining PAE, Kevin held multiple finance roles at Lockheed Martin.

Kevin received his BA from Loyola University, and his MBA from the University of Maryland. Kevin and his family reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
